 PG Tips Special BlendMar 31, 2010
I really like the regular PG Tips, thought "special" might top it, but I still like the original blend better. To me the original is more flavorful.

I was looking for something with a little something more than the regular PG Tips. I got hooked on PG Tips in Spain, while studying. Now back in the USA, its hard enough to find the regular blend in your regular supermarket, so I jumped to try the special blend.
*The brew is strong! Sometimes I brew two bags, but with the special blend, I don't have to.
*I detect some subtle tones in this blend absent from the normal blend.
*I have found that I can leave the bag in for long periods of time, with no increase in bitterness.
On a side note, the shopping list from amazon has made it easier for me to keep items like this together and order them in time so I never run out...awesome!

I love PG Tips, I drink this brand of Tea daily - all day long. The Special Blend is a nice refined flavor. The Decaf PG Tips are also good if you need to cut back on your caffine.
The best prices I've found are on Amazon.com for PG Tips. Once in a while you'll find a good deal on eBay.
PG Tips are high quality and can be served at any "afternoon tea."
I've lived lots of places during my Air Force career and I've tasted LOTS of teas, PG Tips is consistantly good -- HEY! PG Tips also makes the best Iced Tea or "Sweet Tea" I've ever had! Goes great with a slab of ribs.

I was rather surprised that this Special Blend PG Tips was offered.
If you enjoy tea, then I would definitely recommend you try this difficult to find blend. It is delicious and makes a great gift for a tea lover.

I love PG Tips! I personally prefer the regular blend, though I do also enjoy the Special blend. For me, the Special blend is a little too smooth and delicate, and I find the original to be more flavorful. But this is a wonderful rich tea that my family always enjoys.
